Description
This has taken me an INSANE amount of time to put together. It's intended as a reference for the Vortian Fighting Arena, though it also serves as a general reference. If I can work up the motivation to do more references like this for my characters, then I certainly will, though C: I'm very proud of how the whole thing turned out. I've certainly never done a reference to this depth before.
It's good to have a character like Beebles to be able to introduce other characters through XD

Anyway, here's the really long info that I couldn't fit up there (Be warned, the text wall starts here) :

Name: Zryin Bioweapons Experiment A (Successful)
Known commonly as “Ex”

Appearance: A vortian with light grey skin,horns that curl about the head, jointed in three places. Eyes are violet, one an irken eye transplant, the other just vortian. The irken eye is larger and disproportionate. There are normally large bags beneath the eyes. Wears a white lab coat over a black bodysuit- bodysuit cannot be seen beneath lab coat normally. Lab coat has on the back a double-Z insignia. Right arm is insectoid and grey, left is crystalline and light blue. Right leg is vortain as per usual, but left is vortken. The result is a slightly lopsided gait when walking as one leg is longer than the other. Has a tail that is almost as long as her own body.

Age: Unclear, but adult in development.
Height: 156cm
Weight: 73kgs (Weights more than she ought to due to extra organs, etc.)

Story: Ex was created by an infamous bioengineer/weapons scientist named Zryin Zaeger. Ex was the final product of a long bout of testing to create a living bioweapon- needless to say, the experiment was ultimately successful. Ex happens to be a clone of Zryin herself, and has all of the scientist’s memories and thoughts within her. The scientist, however made a slight mistake when trying to stimulate brain growth, and ended up giving Ex a subconscious purpose to experiment with things. Ex drove herself insane with a need to fiddle with almost everything, and almost got herself killed two or three times. Her creator eventually managed to reduce the severity of the glitch, though Ex continued to be a nusance by interfereing with many of her master experiments, often creating dangerous results. She was sent away for a time, to keep her from interfering with the original Zryin’s work, but by the time she returned, the real Zryin Zaeger was dead, replaced by her final clone, who took her name and identity and continued her work (albeit missing a crucial portion of the original’s memory). Ex was allowed back into Zryin’s laboratory, but is under strict orders not to interfere with experiments, an order that she more than often ignores. The relationship between her and her younger clone sibling is somewhat strained as a result. In order to get Ex out of her horns, and to prove to the Irken empire that Vortains are in no way inferior to them, Zryin entered Ex into the Vortian Fighting Arena, staging an elaborate chase and changing records in order for Ex to be hunted and brought in. She now fights to prove that her creator, and thusly, herself, are/were the greatest scientific minds in the universe.

Personality: Ex tends to act quite naïve and childish, often taunting and rude. She also maintains an almost bestial mindset towards herself and her acts, often defending her actions with the excuse “It’s what I was created to do”. Underneath this shallow exterior, however lies a manipulative scientist, one who stops at nothing to get a result. Ex’s curiosity is both a danger to her and others, as she cannot leave something alone if it intrigues her. Though very intelligent, she often has trouble thinking on her feet, preferring to hide and formulate a plan than launch in head on. Ex can be very blunt and serious at times, shallow and callous the next. She also likes to psychoanalyze people, loving nothing more than to create a mental breakdown in a subject, something she has done often previously to those weaker than her. Buried within her is a strong sense of superiority. “My creator made me with one purpose- to be perfect In all that I am.”
Ex also has an addiction to medical drugs, and more than often uses them to soothe the irritations that come from her immune system trying to reject her alien parts.
More than anything else, Ex is quite selfish, and will always put her own interests and survival above that of others.

Strengths: Ex is extremely intelligent in a scientific way, and is brilliant at analyzing environment, fighting style and personality, so as to use them to her advantage. Her left arm, which is crystalline, is immune to most poisons and can withstand many concentrations of acid. In addition to this, her left arm can morph itself into a sword-like weapon for close-combat. Her right arm, being insectoid, heals rather quickly and can even regenerate certain parts if they are cut off. Her vortken leg is more powerful than the average vortian leg, and can deliver a powerful kick. Her tail can be used to raise herself off the ground to give a more intimidating stature. Her irken eye is very good at long-range vision, while her vortian one picks out detail. Ex also has three stomachs and an extra lung, which allow her to continue functioning if one of these stops working. The three stomachs also aid her digestion. Ex’s ability to heal cuts is above average due to her blood being mixed and having differing capabilities when it comes to regeneration. In addition to all this, Ex has the ability to transform herself into an extremely powerful acid cannon, which can destroy almost any objects within a fifty metre radius, though Zryin has modified this weapon to shoot a narrower beam rather than a huge cloud.

Weaknesses: Being a combination of several alien species, Ex has a very weak immune system, and is susceptible to most poisons except for in her left arm. She also is slow at thinking on her feet, so may panic when in an immediately dangerous situation. She has very poor balance due to the different sizes of her feet, plus the fact that her left side is heavier than her right- this also means that she is not good at running long distances, as she will often stumble and fall. Her crystalline arm can be shattered in parts by strong blows, and can be destroyed by extreme heat. Her insectoid arm is also particularly weak against fire. Ex also has an addiction to several medical drugs, such as morphine, and often appears tired or run down as a result of minor withdrawal. Her acid cannon also puts a ridiculous drain on her energy, not to mention exposing many of her vulnerable organs. As a result, Ex will only use this when there are no other options left to her.

Fighting style: Ex prefers to find her opponent before they find her, so that she can safely study them and analyse their movements from a distance. After this, she will engage verbally, to assess personality, and attempt to take appropriate steps to making them feel insecure. If they engage in [hysica combat, Ex will prefer to attack up close, using the knowledge she gains from them to her advantage, and making assessments of capabilities, etc. She uses an efficient and calculated style to counter theirs, and will take them down that way. Being physically strong on her left side, she fights very left-hand dominantly, using her crystalline arm as a weapon, and her tail as leverage. If she finds herself being overwhelmed, Ex will retreat to form a new plan.
When fighting, Ex is very likely to make use of the environment they are fighting in, utilizing combinations of elements to attempt to kill her opponent. She enjoys taunting her opponent as she fights, but can get caught up in her mind games and forget to guard herself properly.
If she absolutely has to, Ex may retreat to set up her biocannon, which she is very unlikely to miss with. It fires a concentrated beam of acid up to three metres In diameter, and from up to fifty metres range. The acid will linger, so after using, Ex will flee the area as soon as possible to avoid causing herself harm.

TL;DR: Ex is crazy but really smart, loves to fuck with your mentality, is very selfish, likes scaring people and has a mild drug addiction. Happens to be a freakish mixture of different alien parts that help her turn into a massive fucking biocannon.

IMPORANT EXTRA: Zryin has made Ex wear a hologram in order to get her into the VFA. Ex has tampered with this to make it adaptable, but as a result, the whole thing will fizzle out when she takes her first blow of round one. Then you get to meet the freak. Lucky lucky.
