I did end up getting it finished last night, and then my internet had a nice little spaz and decided to be a bitch about posting it, so I gave up and went to bed |D But I actually finished it, and I feel like I was worrying for no reason XDD This turned out just as nicely as I wanted it to.Gawh Monarch, I'm so sorry I like drawing such horrible expressions on you but the fact that they contrast so greatly with your assumed personality makes it too good to resist >.>
I'm practicing lighting at the moment, so I hope this looks right in that respect.

Ahh you're so fantastic at mecha armor and Monarch going insane..~~ ...*shot* I ADORE the overall shape of this. how she's sort of arching and curling in on herself. It seems like the pak arms move WITH her pose...like when a person twirls in a circle and swings a big-ass scythe at the same time. MOMENTUM. Yes. Great use of momentum.
And I loooooove those faded-out wings at her head.. <3

Not only did the image come through its 'inking' stage unphased, it emerged quite superbly... this really has some stunning, stark lighting. Very strong, appropriately minimal but jarringly revealing. Very, very good work... disturbingly expressive and nicely action-oriented-- and furthermore, lovingly detailed. Cannot stress how good her armour looks here!
I really do enjoy this one a lot.

See, you've put the pak legs into an awesome dynamic pose... Wonderful job on the perspective with the one in the front.
Not to mention the awesome looking design of the suit and the tech.
That expression is made of pure win, I just love it... But what also makes the picture really great is the color.. and the highlights. They way you put the light on her head just looks great and so does the added rosy glow....
Seriously all of the lighting looks expertly placed..

In my oppinion it came of looking incredibly good! You really were worried for no reason!
My my, its so wonderful to watch you grow and improve, ever since i first came to you around the end of this summer, youve always had some way to surprise me and the rest of your audiance with your fantastic show of skill and your incredibly fast learning! I must say, those are some of my favourite things about you, along with your truly angelic personality...except when its time to crush some peasants with a big mace, right? XD (lol that totally needs a plz icon XD)
So, like i was saying, it looks stunningly beautiful, and i think you quite well might blow me out of the water with this XD i am in love with all the detail, its like youre giving crack to an addict i swear! XD The way you make the design fluid, yet somehow broken up and yet still completely understandable without having to even look for the details that tie it together amases me. The practice of light came out very good indeed, but i would reccomend a few small lines of it on some of the metalic surfaces, like the bottom of the rib cage like structure there.
Dear me, i know this question might sound a little arrogant, but i just need to know, do my designs inspire any of yours?

I simply didn't actually look at the entity as a whole while designing the armour. The wonderful thing about working with Monarch is that the more chaotic her outfit is, the more it suits her.
