Pretty simple, but much more heavily cartoony and stylised than normal. Sometimes I just have fun fucking up my style XD
As a little side-note, that coat that Monarch is wearing is something that I have drawn a few times before- a recurring style. I have one other picture that I can currently find in which a character wears that coat- it's old, but if anybody is interested in seeing it...?

Heheh. You know that coat IS pretty awesome, but it also fits Monarch because the collar almost seems like butterfly wings with how you've drawn it.
I like the fun cartoony style it's in honestly.
It's simple but has character and the gray with little tiny splashes of specific color to each of them is a nice touch, as is the mist.
I do love that song. XD

It can be just a beneficial to draw simplistically as it is to draw realistically. All artists should do both
