Description
I was in a rave mood yesterday. And the character that copped it was Saik, because she's already all glowy C:All pencil, and unfortunately my scanner killed half the subtle glows I had put in there. But, despite that, I'm still mildly happy with how this turned out.
I also took the PAK wing design I developed oh-so-long-ago and added that in because they glow and I wanted to give them a little attention.

Ooh, I think I see a Shadow the Hedgehog signature in there! Heh. Sorry. I had to say something about the... tattoo, I'm gonna guess it is. And do you mind if I use the PAK wings idea? I won't use the same design of the wings, though, and I'll give you credit for the idea of PAK wings.
