I love this. Her outfit is always so amazing, and monochrome with the blues looks amazing. You've really made Monarch/Saik such a three dimensional character, something that most people in a fandom can't do, but really, I feel like their story should be a book, a movie, a show...something. <3 It's amazing.

For some reason, the only thing I can bring myself to comment on is my fixation with the armour of her arm. How the bicep is apparently covered in a relatively thick armour, the flexible non-armoured joint area for the elbow just amuses me. I like such little details which are normally needed in most art, but in most art it is lacked.
Nice subtle lighting of the background's illumination to the figure of the foreground.
You know, for a minute I thought she looked a tad bit like Queen. |D

Hmn love the shades again as well as the splashes of color with the lighting and just the bits here and their on her outfit.
I really like the butterfly pattern on her chest in black and white.
