Ha. Continuing on.Yeah, Bet treated Saik more like a little sister when they were in the same squad, but Saik can't really remember her own relationship with him. Alot of her memories of relationships got warped furing her time alone.
Funny that the reason why one of his eyes is white is because Saik ripped it out...
Her PAK got cut through with a white-hot blade in Avatar's entry, which is why it's all melted looking. I wanted to keep the two halves together, so it's a bit like some of the long metal strings cooled and kept the two halves connected.
Heh, two more pages and this scene is oveerrrrrr~

Panel 1 is kind of over-the-top. Narmy, to use troper speak. However, I felt the emotional impact of panels 2 and 3 better, and I like the look of the bisected PAK.
