It's almost as if the spaghetti reached out to bring them closer together β it's sapientghetti! Well, I can certainly understand why they had to lean into each other that way, not wanting to get sauce all over those nice clothes. I love the styling on both of them. Their expressions when the edges of their lips meet fills me with as much shock as they must have felt.

I think it's cause while they slurp the spaghetti strand they get pulled to each other.

They would have to be too near to have the normal size of spaghetti. So I just explained to myself that since it's a fancy restaurant they do their own pasta. They even got a slogan:
