This skin can be found on my newest Deviation "Devil May Cry Animated Rainmeter Desktop" :[link]
This is an Animated Targeting System for Rainmeter. It consists of the center cross-hair. Middle Ring spinning clockwise. Outer Ring spinning counter clockwise. All three can be turned on or off individually.
Available in lite blue and red.
The center cross-hair flashes Tracking and then Target Acquired.
This skin has no useful monitoring purpose. It's just animation.

Thank about your attention,, nothing different : i put the skin in directory (my documents - rainmeter - skins) and i refresh all skin in rainmeter program. After that i choose from the menu and then press load button...seem like before, nothing happens..i really confused or something wrong in my computer??

You can also download the Devil May Cry Desktop [link] . The Targeting system is included in it. Also Metal Gear Desktop [link] has my targeting system included in the packages.

There was a version that got out where the images were missing. Download again for me from my gallery here on DA. Seems like you did everything right but try that and let me know how it goes. Here is the link: [link]

I use rainmeter 2.4,,I install it at rainmeter... after that i press it but nothing happens,,i can't see this skin on my desktop.. can you explain about this?? Please..thanks

I had these set up where they did NOT come on when you install it. You have to refresh your skins then locate it from the menu. Turn them on or off individually. If you still have difficulties send me a note. I will be glad to help!

How does it work ? I install it at rainmeter... after that i press it but nothing happens... At Description u are saying about a free GifFrame.exe file

Delete the original version. A new version was uploaded this morning with blue and red colors. This skin can be found in the Devil May Cry skin [link] and also Metal Gear Rising skin. An extra blue color can be found in the Metal Gear Rising skin [link] found no where else. Hope you like it!
