Probably so, however in general I go by existing data rather than assumption (even if they are correct ones).

In terms of proportions of the population yes, in Mexico it's 31% while it's 41% in Sudi Arabia, however because Mexico is so much more populous than SA their are still more people overal using it; in Sudi Arabia their 11.1 million Internet users while in Mexico their are 34.8 million.

Yeah, I meant percentage. That's really surprising.

I also just noticed how a bigger percentage of people use the internet in the UAE than in Italy.

The result of the UAE government essentially giving all its citizens (as opposed to residents) money and a good portion of the non-citizens using it.

Well all but three of them are break-away states that no one seems to collect information mofre, the three not being so being N. Korea, where probably less than 100 people even use it anyways, West Sahara and Iraqi Kurdistan, which is probably a little higher than the rest of Iraq.

I'd imagine Filipinos using a lot more, especially lately.

According to the two lists I used (that were derived from data collected in 2010) it's between 25-33%, the former being the amount collected for the map year, and the latter collected a few months ago.
