PLEASE OH PLEASE GAMEFREAK DO NOT MURDER THE DESIGN WHEN YOU SHOW US THE FRONT!!!!!!!Come on, a sarcophagus pokemon? In my opinion, that's pretty cool~~~

The front's been revealed, and it is EPIC. I had the feeling it would be.
And so far, everyone's going apesh*t for Desukan!

Yeah, evolutions really change decisions. Since in the end, you'll have the evolutions :I
Mijumaru is a good choice too, water types are specially good when starting the game (because of gyms and such). Still, I like Tsutaja, I really hope they'll make a cool evolution for it.

In order to be a Spiritomb evo, we would have to have access to Spiritomb in order to get one, and quite honestly, Spiritomb isn't an easy PokΓ©mon to get a hold of.
I've got cash down on Desukan separate from every PokΓ©mon in existence. Like I said in my other post, it's more than likely going to evolve from a Canopic jar with similar properties to Desukan himself. But instead of a spirit being trapped inside of a nice, roomy sarcophagus, he'll be trapped in a lil tiny stone [Steel?] jar. D:

I just think that idea is weird... IMO I can't see a conection between this one and Spiritomb, Spiritomb is a spirit bined to a stone, Desukan is... we dunno yet but it looks more like some kind of spirit INSIDE the sarcophagus with black shadowhands graping out of it :3

Agreed, I understand the hate towards it but I think the idea is great. I mean, who doesn't want an Egyptian-themed pokemon? I bet the people complaining would rather have a pyramid pokemon instead.

O____o if that's the case, then (for me) they tried and failed. Well, they based them on Egyptian culture, but someone would have to point it out for me to notice. In Desukan's case, however, it's pretty obvious. There's actually no place to be confused

Hmm, very good point. Now that you mention it, a mummy would be pretty cool too... But who knows, maybe GameFreak's creative team thought of that as well, and since we still have to know if Desukan here has a pre-evolution or evolution....

I would not mind at all if Desukan evolved into a mummy of sorts. Even if it kept part of the sarcophagus as armor or something, that'd be great. But I'm just spouting these ideas off the top of my head, I doubt GameFreak will come close to something like that.

if gamefreak did make a mummy evolution, it would probably be a preevloution because the mummy comes before th sarcophogus.
