Yes, only after purchasing a Commercial License. With Commercial License you also getΒ Vector Images, PSD files (with layer style) and also the pixelated Image file. I also Provide a specific Layer style that matches your App/web background.

As we talked before, I've started to make an icon set. Theses icons are original work based upon some free stuff like "Eclipse 2" [link]
I've also include or re-create some of your own artwork, because I really love it.
My icons are made in a way such as a single icon perfectly suit both dark and light backgrounds.

Sorry, but I don't have Vista.
Maybe I could release all the bitmaps and "Stylebuilder XP" stuff to allow someone to port it to Vista/Seven...

One more question: What do you use to change icons on Vista (IconPackager, ResourceHacker, whatelse) ?
Is there a way to easily bypass WFP (Windows File Protection) on Vista in order to modify system icons (I really don't know Vista)

You can use both Iconpackager and ResHack....the best one should be Tuneup Utilities.......there many way to bypass FTP...like adding Bypass FTP to R-click menu of any file.......and many more [just google it].......the best way is to shutdown USER Account Control
