I have downloaded it and I chose to open i with Styler since it was a RAR. file and it's not working for me.

Extract the .rar with WinRAR. There is a readme file inside. Follow the instructions.

Nice toolbar but I've got one question. Is there a way to make it on Win7 ? Because Styler is only for WinXP and I don't know how to make such a thing on Seven.

I haven't modded 7 myself. I just love XP way too much to give it up. It could probably be incorporated into the VS or WB theme.
