You use what program for creation of .zip files? The name, version. Try to use WinRAR 3.xx or 7zip
Method of compression - usual. You make very big archives. If you want, i'll show your archives after repackage by me. The size is less in 2,5-3 times than at you. I delete nothing.

I just use Windows, where you right click and just send to zip. I'll try using those programs though, I just got the newest version of WinRAR so I'll recompress this stuff. As far as these files though, none of them are more than a few megabytes, so unless people are running ancient dialup it shouldn't be but just 30 seconds or so to download.
