Here is a list of tails an erstewhile can have.
COMMON: Deer, short bushy, short hair, curled
UNCOMMON: Knotted, limp hair, tufted base, tufted end
RARE: Split, long bushy, animated hair (moves freely on erstewhile's will), snake (hangs limply)
LEGENDARY: Feathers, two tails (of any type of lower rarity, but not two different types), stinger, fin
Erstewhile are a CLOSED species, you may not make one of your own.

I saw this and got an idea for a species: tails. They're just two tails from different animals sown together. It's like catdog but the other end instead of the heads. (imsorry)
