I was in my hometown. In a very unusual version of it, though. Skyscrapers, a sea nearby. All of that wasn’t anywhere close to the reality and, yet, it was, oddly recognizable, my hometown.

This dream started with me and my brother standing in an elevator of one of those skyscrapers. It was an external elevator and it had transparent walls. A sunny day. I could see a pond in the park below and, a bit further, the sea and the whole town. We were going up to the 97th floor, so we could continue to the roof (100 floors) through the staircase. There was something my brother wanted to show me.

We reached the roof. It was windy. I was surprised to see no barriers on the roof sides. That looked really dangerous. Especially because the two sides were slowly declining toward the end, making a slope (Come too close and you will never know when will be the moment you slip and fall down from that roof). Who
