Mewthree M. (magma) was created for a contest held at , but I like him so I'm going to keep him after it's over. I'll think of a name later. I don't believe a story is necessary for the contest, but I'm going to put one anyway. It's either now or later, and I'd rather just do it now.

A Mewthree with a fiery core, he was originally intended to be a rock type. When the key chemical component that would bring him to life failed, he was considered an unsuccessful clone and was reluctantly shipped away. Out of respect for his anticipated type, they buried him in a mountainside where he could forever be close to the rock element. It turns out that he was not only buried in a mountain, he was also not far from a "hotspot," or a collection of magma beneath the earth's surface. Years later, the gases from this hotspot leaked into his small burial chamber. The chemicals inside the gasses crossed the current ones embedded in his body and sparked his heart, superheating his body from the unintended source. The scientists had not prepared his body for this form of awakening, so all the rock element inside him was turned to magma. His bones remained unaffected because they could withstand the high temperature, some obviously exposed after his body melted down. Eventually, he grew a new layer of skin (surprisingly cold to the touch) that could contain the blaze within. After many more years underground, he grew tired of this seemingly worthless existence and clawed his way to the surface.

Ash is constantly being expelled from his nose, making it a perpetual grey. Hooked claws are made for gripping prey while magma is injected through the oversized claws on his feet and the spike on his tail (I have yet to name this attack, and it will probably have a guaranteed burn affliction. I will think about it and edit the description sometime in the future). Forget about poisons that make you feel like your blood is on fire, this will burn you from the inside out literally.
