Description
Oil on masonite, 14x20 (I think). This was a project I had in my painting class a year or so ago, grade 11.This is a higher res version, as I got many comments on the last one to put up a higher version.

I do still have it. It is hanging in my parents hallway at home. One of my proudest moments with oil paint. Ohhhh man is oil a harsh medium.

I love it just like the first one!
You have really talented hand to make those brush strokes.
The curved strokes describe the strong water flows very well and it looks almost master's touch.
The choice of the colors for the water is also clever and beautiful. The few water drops are such a nice touch. You used the same kind of brush strokes for the bear, but it is shorter and arranged in a smart way to look like it is hair.
Such an increadible job for that age.
I look forward to seeing more paintings from you.
