yup sinew it's what connects muscle to bone and what not. but there's some intestines wrapped in there too. just to add that extra gross out feature.

yes yes that's what I'm trying to get with this character. If this was made into a game I have a good idea for what this thing should sound like. It's hard to put into words. but I'll try. since this little guy can't open his mouth. he has to squeel through a small hole where the long needle comes out.
