Gotta say love the attention to detail, from the dirt on their bodies to the dust in the air where the ran past and the goblin hit the ground, to the faint red tattoo on the front girl.
Though...ouch...as to her accessory choice; the weights and rings on her genitals are heavy enough to be moving constantly and a constant discomfort (and reminder) without doing damage, and with that little ring in the middle its gonna make her somewhat turned as well by it.

There is actually a bit of story behind the piercings - rings of human-made steel, rather than the bronze or copper of goblin workmanship, are known as spirit shackles. That may be for another picture though...
