I know, he's not very cute anymore. Those two round things on the lower part of his body are nozzles for spraying liquid hydrogen on fires (or Rockman). He is a flyer, so his overall fragility is compensated for by his maneuverability. There might be multiple Ice(men) in that particular boss fight.Related content

Ahn, still looks aggressive. Uhn, another suggestion: replace hydrogen by carbon dioxide... hydrogen can sometimes be explosive ^^

You have a point... liquid carbon dioxide is a very effective refrigerant, and there are some fire extinguishers that use it, but liquid carbon dioxide can only exist in pressures upwards of 5.1 atm. The pressurization might be just as explosive if the storage tanks are punctured.
