Description
This is not a stamp telling you to stop. This is just a warning of what I, and a lot others, will inevitably think of you.People writing comments like this all the time.
How about I just skim through what you just wrote because it must not be all that interesting ey? We know we love the fine print.
Hey, all I want to do is just want to READ what you're saying.
And without having to squint a little, is that ok?
Using it to enunciate humour in your text, or shrinking the font to show that your text isn't really important as the rest of the text is are some good uses. Heck, I use it for my journals too because they're so long a lot of the time and stretch my page to China, nor are they really important anyway. I used to think it was an artistic quirk to stylise your font like this.. but gosh, why not just stick your fashion labels and trendy haircuts in while you're at it. You know those girls/guys at school, they're practically drones by the way they look.
Honestly, I've been hearing around that it gets on a lot of peoples nerves. But c'mon. Comments, deviations, everywhere, what are you trying to prove, really?
P.S Squinting causes wrinkles
[edit ; I'd like to add, this phenomenon I am most concerned with is the "friendship groups", less the individuals per se. It really gives the impression you're excluding everyone from your ever-so-awesome circle, and I don't like the taste of it.

Press ctrl or command + and the text is bigger again - simple as that.
Your telling me to not use subscript is like telling someone else not to wear orange, because you hate it.

I don't know why some people get all twisted over the fact that some people prefer to use sub text, I personally find it cute. I don't know know why, I just do. I like all small things in general and I guess words count lol.
If you want to use it just do this (but without the 1's):
See, easy peasy. ^-^ Hope this helps you and anyone else~

how do you make it even smaller?

Add more of the commands or <1small><1/small>
Personally, especially in long lists and spoliers, I like <1sub><1sup>texthere <1/sub><1/sup> again without the ones.
A list can take up a rediculus ammount of room how DA spaces things otherwise, I've noticed.

I fucking hate it when people do that. It's stupid and pointless. What's wrong with the normal default text? At least people can read your writing in the default text.

I'll not use small-text here, but I do usually do it.
I've heard complaints about it before, and while it's perfectly valid to be irritated by it, I'd like to tell you why a lot of people do it - there are valid reasons for it.
We're not (Or at least I'm not, and most people I know aren't) trying to seem cooler or more professional at all. Fashionable? Well, that's really a matter of opinion. You can't say it's not fashionable because you don't like it; fashion is very individual.
But, nonetheless, here are my reasons for subscript:
It leaves far more space between text lines, and it may surprise you to find that because of that, I find subscript much easier to read. It looks cleaner and has more space to it. I can keep track of what line I'm on more easily.
I recognize that others find it more difficult to read, but it's as simple as pressing Control (or command) Plus and bam, the text is bigger again.
I like the small font better. I just think it's nicer-looking. I guess you could call that a fashion statement, but I'd just call it a preference.

the it's "sub" or "sup" in brackets. Just make sure to close the html with a *sub> or whatever you picked initially.

Sorry about the random comment, wrong person. xD
I can see how that can get annoying, though. I know some people who use it all the time for no reason or purpose. D:

Bless your comment Moonie
That is literally why I use it //cries
It just looks nicer, it's easier to read- I've been on so many different computers and this text looks fine to me. People complain they can't read it, and I just don't know...how they can't? If they need glasses or something I understand- but honestly, I see no problem with this text :/

Yeah...I know that, for instance, my mother wouldn't be able to read the subtext, or it'd be really hard for her. And I saw a stamp once called "for the visually impaired"...but seriously, ctrl+plus, please! And everything's better!
And why do they [the sub-text haters] get to decide when we're being trendy and exclusive, and why do they get to decide that we think we're cooler than other people just because we use it? Let me make my own decisions, please.

Nothin' wrong with ctrl +, I have to use it for small google images anyways. Nothing wrong with copy paste either.
Exactly! I never really saw this as a trend until I read this stamp, truth be told ;;;
I always saw it as a preference- and personally I just like that it looks a little cleaner compared to the norm. Cleaner, easier to read- and tbh I'm a very shy and soft-spoken person when not speaking to people I'm close to, so I feel it fits me in scenarios where sub-text fits me personality wise.
My volume is broken cause I can go from talking too loud and excitedly to speaking more like this ^ ^; ehehe

It makes my dyslexia unhappy. Small text looks funny. :/ But I never saw the point in it.
Fuck, I'm going to start doing all my posts in boldface for the shits and giggles for a while.
