I wanted to make the big eye from Doppler's Laboratory animated, but it needed to be slow and therefore it required more frames. Somehow, I still managed to fit that glow in 255 colors without damaging the shading too much.Full background

The "Big Eye" I think is supposed to be Dr. Doppler's Neuro computer that "suppressed" Mavericks.
