Description
The commander of the Far East HQ, responsible for the task forces sent to neutralize the Rebellion Army and prevent the destruction of Giga City. However, X's squad is unable to contact him for most of the mission due to a strange interference...Redips was actually following X from very close, in the form of Spider - he was interested in obtaining the two Supra-Force Metal pieces all along! Redips labels X and his allies as Mavericks as soon as he accomplishes his goal.
