Description
A gigantic three headed beast dubbed Ghidorah terrorizes Tokyo, the monster known as Godzilla rises from the sea to do battle but not long after retreats back into the ocean. Taking matters into their own hands the Japanese government creates their own Godzilla clone, genetically modified to specifically target and exterminate Ghidorah. Their attempt appears to have been a success, their monster makes short work of the tri-headed terror with it's ability to absorb Ghidorah's electricity. Unfortunately they quickly learn the error of their ways when Thundra breaks free of their control and begins rampaging around the city, causing more destruction then Ghidorah ever had. When all hope seems lost Godzilla reappears and the two titans clash, but Thundra proves to be more of a challenge then anyone could have predicted. Ghidorah returns, having survived it's previous defeat and for the first time ever fights a long side Godzilla, with their combined might they managed to take Thundra down once and for all.

Afterwards we learn that the reason Ghidorah had originally attacked the city was because it's nest was located nearby and it was simply protecting it, which was why Godzilla had no interest in battling against it. Sadly it's nest had been destroyed by Thundra and so after the battle Ghidorah flies off into space never to be seen again.

Also worth noting: The Ghidorah concept featured in this story would be similar to the one featured in the film GMK. Rather then being much taller then Godzilla this version is actually physically smaller.
