Tis a great shot, imo. I think that passionate tension is caught quite well here. I know others are saying that he isn't portraying the feeling very well; and maybe that's true. But, the way I see it, he seems to feel very much like a guy here... trying to act cool and all, while mustering up all he can to hold back for whatever reason.
And I really like the way we see you muscle tone in the arm that's grabbing his crotch... something about that just really pops out at me for whatever reason.

Your facial expressions aren't strong enough, especially his. Yours seems fine, but his looks as if he is going ot kiss you, as if he's just plain horny, and NO tension what so ever.
