Prince Naveen from Disney's "Princess and the Frog" Royal Family Tree.
LOLOL Besides arguing how NOTblack!!!1 Naveen is, people also argue about what the heck kind of fictional country Maldonia really is, if he's SpanishPortugueseBrazilian something (based on his accent) or ArabicIndianMorrocoAlgerian something (based on his facial features and name). LOLHAY HOW ABOUT HE'S ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL THINGS, GUISE? :3

Not to mention he's a great character with an actual personality yayyyy
Even if it's haphazard, it has some interesting potential for backstory.

Well, I know for a fact that the guy responsible for his beautiful voice is a Brazilian; everybody here knows that and we are proud we have a Disney prince with our accent

Ok, officially, I realized cause of this pic, if I had to pick to become royalty of some country from the middle ages, I'd pick an Arabic/Indian country [what ottoman empire? Don't know squat about Morocco or Algeria T_T;;]. I just realized how much I prefer gold and bright/colorful silk-types to the european victorian-dress-type style. *drools at gold jewelry* ...of course that might be because my country has been strongly influenced by arabic-culture...-.-...since we connect africa to eurasia and all. But seriously, gold. That guy (with the orange bride) is cute!! MUSTACHE!! β₯β₯ 8D Dammit now I wanna watch the movie.

He really confused me in the movie.
He seemed to have a French-ish accent, looked very handsome and Indian or Algerian-ish, and dressed like a Britisher.
Oh what the heck, I found him adorable anyways.

Everyone in this family is so very pretty, especially grandma-on-mother's-side, who Naveen obviously gets his come-hither eyes from...that was totally inappropriate. xD Also, I love how Disney just gave a bunch of clues and went "OK, audience, do your own thing." Because not only was that very pragmatic (I honestly believe much less craziness ensued than what would have happened if they had made him from somewhere that actually existed, black or white), but it also gives the fanfic writers some fodder. ;D
