I have always had mixed feelings about gryphons. Part of me things they are very cool and part of me thinks the whole lion/bird thing is rather silly.So here is my version of the gryphon.

Thanks. But I a wrote, I'm don't like the mix (lion/bird) and wanted to create something more realistic. I also took away the ears and made anotger tail.

You are right, gryphons are sort of weird creature, but they do have their own beauty and grace.
