First drawing of Ukyo, a D&D char I'm taking over. She was a human psion who got crushed in a dungeon... the party Artificer turned her into a warforged to save her.

She's got an adamantine body, with a thin mithril shell over it that's been carved out in a pattern based on the branches of a bonsai tree, with the "teeth" of a clockwork gear in place of leaves. She's supposed to be Elven/Asian/steampunk in design, this is my take on it.

Also, the face is a mask, unblinking, and the mouth doesn't move when she talks. XD

Working in a gym has done wonders for my sense of human physiology.
