Long time ago I saw a dream where deer’s hide was ”alive” and moved every time no one was looking at it. I draw a moose’s hide just because it is bigger and more freaky.Related content

That looks really cool, I love the concept, dreams can be scary and weird, but it makes out for unique stories and designs.
But I think you gave the antlers the wrong angle, the rest is facing the viewer more, meanwhile the antlers are facing away. A darker blue or even green water would look way better and more scary, but the moose itself is freaky enough!
