Description PARASAUROLOPHUSES

I made the beige female (shorter crest) from viscose fabric and 2 males from velour fabric. I stuffed them all with cotton and put the Deco gravel in to all legs and the middle of the body (makes them more heavier and floppy).

Female lost her one eye during the making, because viscose where a little too thick for a plush of that small. USE THIN FABRICS.

I have some old jeans fabric and I thought I could maybe create something fun with it, and in a way, this would be really fun idea to sew.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

IsisMasshiro In reply to Liz-AAA [2016-08-02 20:32:18 +0000 UTC]

Then try to make plushie bigger, because it may be almost impossible to turn thick jeans fabric inside out from plushie's tiniest parts.

Thank you for sharing your pattern! I love how floppy these are, and that it still closely resembles the animal.

I made one for myself last week:Β paleona.deviantart.com/art/par… ! Usually I would make my own pattern, but I stumbled across yours and couldn't resist <3 It would be fun to make an Olorotitan from this pattern sometime, or maybe a larger Para, and add some back spines. : ) I kept mine simple this time around, though! Thanks again!

How do you add the eyes?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

IsisMasshiro In reply to the-salt-queen [2016-02-19 14:19:05 +0000 UTC]

They're normal safety plastic eyes. Just really tine ones.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

the-salt-queen In reply to IsisMasshiro [2016-02-20 01:29:09 +0000 UTC]

But like do you sew them on? Or do they clip on?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

IsisMasshiro In reply to the-salt-queen [2016-02-21 09:42:00 +0000 UTC]

Nope, I just "press" them on. You know how those safety eyes works?

If only I had enough fabric to sew a life sized one to use as a couch. Or maybe just one big enough for a pillow? Oh well. I'll start small. Thanks for the pattern, all of your plushies look amazing. You rock! ^^

IsisMasshiro In reply to WhiteOrchid14 [2014-06-03 10:10:05 +0000 UTC]

LIFE-SIZED? Whoa, then you would need a LOT of fabric and cotton. Thank you anyway ^^
