Description An attempt to picture Kurtz from the fantastic "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad.

A funny sidenote is that this one started out as some doodling during class, and the doodles turned out so good that I decided to scan it and colour it in photoshop.

Drop me a line and tell me what you think about this one

I love it! Almost exactly what I pictured of Kurtz, only maybe a few months before be became the bag of bones Marlow met him as I love the colours and the darkness (pardon the pun). Were you as surprised as I was how frail Kurtz was? I was definitely expecting someone more...vibrant, and young.

First of, let me just say that the lighting effects look AWESOME~ ....seriously, they should like, get an award or something *____* They just look so effective up againt the darkness of the background, and the colours go really well together aswell. The attention to detail is stunning, and the shading looks just right for the amount of light shown Great work!!
