Description
Or that's what I thought... Initially I had planned to keep Noelie (for roleplaying reasons) as far from all things daedra as possible. Turns out it's not really an option since almost every other quest in TESO seems to have something to do with them. By the time I reached level 20 I had already been more or less directly involved in matters concerning Molag Bal, Sheogorath, Hircine, Vaermina and Azura (plus a bunch of lesser daedric lords whose names I can't even remember), and I have no doubt that one or more of these darlings can be found messing up Rivenspire as well. In light of all that, at some point I just went "screw it, it's all daedra anyway" and threw some points into Daedric Summoning. Storm Calling is still the skill line I use the most, but I have to admit that those gremlins are pretty good to have around when you're exploring solo. I generally have at least Clannfear with me at all times, but during boss battles it's not unusual at all to have all three creatures present. So yeah... So much for that "no daedra"-principle.Sorry for the lazy backgrounds - I didn't feel like drawing new ones at the time so I just used these two from my TESO speedpaintings: isriana.deviantart.com/art/TES…

Clanfear are awesome, they are essentially Daedric velociraptors! I do have a question, do you ever get to summon daedroth?

If you can't beat them, join them! - words of someone who gave up.
If you can't beat them, control them, and make them your servants unto eternity! - words of someone with a good head on their shoulders

Better - he's an immortal creature who can take no damage.

By the level 20 she had already dealed with so many Daedric things I doubt Molag Bal himself can make her even raise an eyebrow anymore...

What did you expect? Tamriel revolves around the Daedra! Hey, I'm not surprised if no matter what you do, it's still has to do with Daedra.

So it would seem. In other TES games I usually have at least one anti-daedra character, but in this one it's just not possible.

Reminds me of leveling up Yashimata, my Jedi Consular. At first, I wanted to have a high damage rate but at the same time a moderately high HP. I think it was when I finally got Tharan as a companion I focused all my credits & commendations to tank specs.

Yeah, I'd kind of like to be purely DPS sorcerer, but since I play solo I have to settle for damage/survival build for now. It has worked pretty well for me, though.

They sure are - especially larger groups are much easier to handle when you have couple extra creatures messing with the foes.

To be honest, the first unstable familiar you can summon in this game kind of looks like a gremlin...

Oh- so it isn't *really* a gremlin, then? Aww... Haha, I'd be delighted for them to return to the series!
But then... I guess it has too many legs.

The only thing I find annoying with Daedric Summonings is when your battling daeda and you confuse them for the enemies.

Yeah, I just did the same thing at level 12 with my Sorc. I did it for exactly the same reasons, too! I love Storm, but sometimes, you just need an extra body around to annoy those you're fighting.

lol, i always drop near sheogorath's chateau on the shivering isles just to say hi, in oblivion i don't do any main quest related quests in the shivering isles just to see sheogorath in his throne every now and then and listen to his rambling
