I would avoid using sound effects that use the action itself for the sound. It's a bit pointless, as if the action can't convey that they are falling without the sound effect, then the fault is with the image itself. Instead try using something like 'whoosh' or 'swoosh'. Sound effects aren't meant to be substitutes for the action itself, they're meant to help with the feeling of immersion
