Hey!! Nice comic, your art is amazing and I never saw a deer comic before!! When I saw the carnivores deers I didn't believe, because sometimes I have dreams (it's more like nightmares) that a assassin deer attack a human village kill and eat everyone

Actually there are videos of deer eating birds and little pieces of ham thrown to them. So, technically they do, just not often.

Any herbivore will eat meat if there's nothing else, and its a shortcut wait to get all the amino acids and proteins they want (I think). Mostly in wintertime though, as there's less normal food around if I remember correctly.Â
