Description
I know that it is untitled. I almost always name my photographs, but I wanted this one to speak for itself.I have really hit a milestone with this photograph. This is my favorite piece I have ever done to date. Personally, I donβt think I could have asked for any more from this.
I have been searching for something like this photograph for months now. A lot of my work lately has been bright colored and vibrant. But I have been searching for something a little more quiet. A little more subtle. Subtle, yet functional.
A little darker.

I recognized the light immediately. I really like that lighting and how it is about 2 stories tall.

Thank you very much....... it was a bit underexposed and I think I let some vignetting set place in the RAW conversion.
P.S. youβre an OLD MAN !!!!

Haha, thank you very much........ yeah it reminds me of something from the same era as those futuristic looking chairs from the 70's that where just plastic half spheres.

Interesting shot. Too bad it isn't more centered...
If you could make this shot just sort of appear out of a black background - in fact, if you took the picture in B&W - it might work rather awesomely. I suggest you try this.

Ah, I should have figured the contrast would come into play. What if you just made this picture that you have now a grayscale?

Thank you for your comment, I can always rely on a non-sugar coated critique from you, thank you for your honesty, it helps.
As for your suggestions, I have already tried:
- B&W - (results) -> too much contrasting between the black and white, the lights are too bright and the background too dark to do this effectively
- Correcting the background so it is all black, or little red - (results) -> same as above and also I love the crimson red in there, gives a very dark look.
- A more centered shot - (results) -> I did take some more centered shots, they looked great.......... but......... this is a very unique position in and of itself. You can see the lights from straight on towards the top of the photograph, but then the lights at the bottom of the photograph show a different perspective as from the side of the lights. It adds a lot of depth to this.

yes, that red is great... it warms up the pic... it's an artificial hot comet with his halo...

Thank you very much.... the red is the perfect color for this, I donβt know what other color could have worked.
