I think the biggest cliches ever are the spoofs of "Fantastic Voyage" where some character shrinks to go inside of another character. Almost every single cartoon has done that.

Yes. Yes it is.
Then again, Cliches are such because we use them over and over, and we wouldn't do that if they didn't have some merit. I'm all for the bodyswap idea.
