Description
Just something quick I drew today.Who uses rulers to make straight lines? Psh! Not me!
Christine Daae, from the Phantom of the Opera.
I colored the border red which caused the roses in the border to smudge somethin' crazy, but I decided I liked the way it looked.

That's so adorably Art Déco style-ish, it suits Ms. Daaé very well. The choice of colors is very fitting!

Yeah, coloring something for me usually means "Hey I'll add a big splash of red" haha

Hey, they look pretty straight to me anyways. I really like the little solitary roses in each corner, and the swoosh of her dress. With all of your usual detail of course.
And yeah, the smudging looks really cool too. Nice how "mistakes" can work out to one's advantage sometimes.

lolz no straights. Love the contrast of red and white. movement in the skirt train is nice. is this inspired by art nouveau style?

I wasn't purposefully trying to go for an art nouveau style, but I love that style, so it's a success if it resembles it...
Thank you!
