I think you did very well with the background and the brushes, and the tower in the background gives it a bit of a mysterious feel, as if there's something "important" about the place you've created, and I like that. The girls still look very clipped or pasted, and the blonde's hair looks like it was smudged a bit; the lighting you've created in your image doesn't translate very well to your figures, so maybe working on lighting those figures with the sources you've created (i.e. the sparkles around the image, or whatever, your choice) that would make the central ladies seem as if they were a part of the image, instead of added on top of an image that already existed.
Shows a lot of potential! Keep at it, lady!
