Yep it's Minako-chan. I actually had this sketched out a few weeks ago out of boredom and last night I decided to color it.

Sailor Moon was the first manga I ever read, it inspired me to draw. The art is so pretty

I only ever got to read like 6 volumes of the manga T_T I never got to read most of the SS manga except the 4th volume of it and the 3rd vol of Stars. >< But at least we had the anime huh? Speaking of, it's becoming VERY likely Funimation might re-dub it sometime soon since Toei is selling the rights
