MONARCH was very lucky to have found this elusive titan in the Pacific Ocean. While at first believed to be debris, thanks to its amazing camouflage abilities, bio-scans were able to aid finding it. Containment fields were placed around it and MONARCH was quick to patch the area off from the rest of the world. Many believed it to be asleep just like the other titans. This was proven wrong thanks in part to Monster Zero (Hydrus mortem), who awoke the other titans with a war-cry after Godzilla's (Gojirasurus aquadeus) temporary defeat. Recordings from the underwater base show that Kraken not only knew where the containment field was, but was able to make its bio-scans flat-line to avoid them. The creature went right through the containment field undetected by the bio-scans and destroyed the base. While MONARCH has not been able to detect it, even after Monster Zero's death at the claws of Godzilla, it is believed to be somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. MONARCH has dispatched location teams, but none have been successful. Some speculate that perhaps Godzilla has taken care of Kraken for us, though a lack of evidence has left the theory inconclusive.
