I’d like to thank DeviantArtist, CherryCherrubie , once again for this Bethyl request.
"Totem" ~ a symbol for family, tribe or a clan.
This piece features Daryl, Beth and their son (let’s call him Connor, shall we?) as a symbol of unity.
Daryl also popped the question, in case you guys haven’t noticed the rings on their fingers.
*it’s a bit scary to see how often fans do this*

My only reason for adding the ring was Hershel. Beth was raised in his household to abide by certain traditions. Conceiving out of wedlock would’ve probably caused a stern disapproval from her father, but I want to think the decision was made to honor Hershel’s beliefs and keep them alive in a world that is slowly fading.
And, yes, Daryl’s poncho was turned into a sweater!
