Sooo for the past 2 months, this is what I have been working on off and on (like working on it for about an hour more or less each or every other day). This is a Christmas gift for my Husband, he had wanted some sort of Bear illustration ever since earlier this year. And here it is, finally! I haven't given it to him yet since I am still working on getting it printed for him. So I hope he likes it when he sees it

Guy's this one really took me all over the place. From the background to drawing fur, sooo much was new to me and such a challenge to tackle. I wasted quite some time in certain areas too since some of the work i added i ended up scraping. I never thought i would be trying my hand at illustrations but here it is. It's not the prettiest or the cleanest but it's a start i suppose. I did use many reference to help me out with the bear and a bit with the scenery. I also made a couple of my own brushes to help the process! (One main brush in particular is the pine leaves).

I still have so much to learn, but with the time i put into this, i just hope he's happy with it most of all. Now that it's done, i will be working to get some more personal headworld stuff out, and even try out some new things along the way.

I don't mind any critique, i know the lighting and some details are not all there so feel free to point me in the right direction for next time
