The main one who exploits his vulnerability would be his lover, Akane, who constantly teases him for fun. Despite this, Eriko loves her back for giving in some much needed attention and care for his work. Haruna also keeps close, helping him with work when he gets too stressed and worried.

Since getting the job at the maid cafe, what was a necessity for the job, crossdressing, has turned into a nice little hobby for him, as long as he’s donning his wig and a nice skirt, he’s happy. Even Akane helps by lending him clothes. His main worry is the fear of failure, and disappointing others, to the point of pleading for forgiveness for a simple mistake like a dropped plate.
