This tutorial doesn't get too deep into how to draws arms but more how to connect them to the chest.

This is the method I use. It just makes me happy to see a tutorial that shows this, since most people tell you to use the circle and sausage method... (personally, whenever I use that method, everything comes out looking strange and disproportionate.. it just doesn't work for me)

I agree, for me, using the ball jointed doll method seems to flesh out the character automatically so there's really no guessing of what goes where. It also makes foreshortening quite painless.

Nice. Personally I find it difficult to start with a circles-and-rectangles figure, so this matches how I start drawing much more. Building up mannequin-like parts of the body.
