Description
I already posted a couple of pictures of my 1:8 Werewolf statue here. But - some days ago I finally finished mould-making and got my first test casting. So, here it is, first resin copy of my Werewolf!I used small black stones in base as a filler - base is 425 grams, 300 grams of it are stones. That's why the base looks like it looks.
I'll try to paint it as soon as I find time, so it's probably not the last image of this sculpt here...
Thanks for looking!

This is amazing! Did you make one mold to make casts, or did you have to make seporate ones for the arms?

I'm so sad that I am just now finding this. I'd love to own a cast of this, if you have ever or are ever planning on selling them.

I really love all the anotomy on this except the tail, it looks ... stunted almost, as if it's from a younger werewolf.

Terrific piece. I myself would have given the arms more bulk but that's me. Well done!

I have to agree with archetype. Everything was executed flawlessly. Check the two on the right. There's patches of grass! Everything in this was painstakingly rendered and I thank you for showing us.

Wow... How did you go about making a mold of this? Did you use plaster? It's really an amazing copy!

Silicone and plaster, smaller moulds are just silicone.

Proberly the best interpretation of a werewolf that ive ever seen, you must have had a good reference library for both species for this fab work.

I must say that this is such an admirable piece. The pose is so accurately proportionate, it's such a perfect blend between man and wolf. Not only is this such a lovely sculpture, but it's a great depiction of a werewolf without the creature leaning too far toward man or wolf. Really nice labor of love you've got going here, congrats! ^_^
