Made with Paint.NET and G'MIC-Qt. Base image was a blue-pink horizontal gradient with "repeat reflected". Then I used a polar transform, then applied the G'MIC-Qt ultrawarp filter twice. Then I used the G'MIC dreamy watercolor and dream smoothing filters, then did some modest color rebalancing.
