Time span: 3 days.
Description:Handmade in Photoshop - except for the houses in the "Residential Property" and the binoculars icon. Kevin wanted a redesign of the old Godfrey Realty but with the same content in a new and fresh design. I believe I succeded and I think he did too - I got payed.
Also, he wanted to have their current logo vectorised, so I did that too. In Illustrator CS3, in fact. First time I used Illu for something real.
Now, enjoy this piece of art.

Question, how do you do trees like that, I need to figure it out for my new portfolio design.

You edit a normal 5 pixel rounded brush or something like that -> in the brush palette. Using scatter and colour dynamics.. and such.
Then make a tree shape and scale it down. To make dark and light sides you use the dodge and burn tool.
