do you know anywhere that i can get the program?

download a program called bittorrent. then go to a website like [link] or [link] and search for "flash cs3". download and run the result with the biggest number under the "S" category, or seeders.
you'll download a small .torrent file that you open with bittorrent. which is basically a beacon for your computer saying "hey everybody, I need flash cs3. can anyone give it to me?"
then you start downloading the actual file from a bunch of different people and after a few hours, you should have the completed file on your computer with specific instructions inside on how to run and install flash.
note that flash is different from flash player. flash player is a free browser plugin that everyone has. flash itself is the big program you make little flash files with.

hah, that's not too bad of an idea. it was something I spat out when I wasn't feeling too well, so I kind of made it, hoped it would convey an emotion, submitted it and started feeling better so there are lots of little problems with it. I'll probably go back and fix it just for the hell of it though.

Ok, I can BARELY play with this on my G5 Intel man. Its one monster of a graphical powerhorse, and its STILL having problems with your flash animation. Its incredibly laggy. I have no clue whats going on
