Description
Nikola Tesla is peaceful like a Nimbus.Thomas Edison's friendship is a dim and broken bulb.
A simile, and a metaphor.
Learn more about the inventors that have made your life so incredibly luxurious. Look up the truth.
Class assignment, acrylics. I am no master at acrylics, but I am learning. I like them sometimes... most of the time.. I want to insert them the hard way into the Pope. Hehehe.. chock full of cad yellow light. The pope speaks what's right.

Very nice representation and style!
Tesla was a true genius and I'm proud of him as Serbian national hero. Too bad he wasn't understood by people of his era, else the world might look completely different today.

C'mon acrylics can be fun, you just need to "lighten up". It seems you may have interests outside of art? Maybe a 'coiler?

amazing work, and great choice of subject
Tesla was a genius, and you're totally right...all the luxuries we have today, we owe to Tesla and his dedication to science and mankind
shame the textbooks don't mention him much and also incorrectly say he was croation, when his parents were serbian, his dad an orthodox priest even.
great work

I'm not sure, but I think I've seen those in the American Illustrators Annual. I've always liked the way that the light plays off of Edison's face. Acrylics are definitely tough. Great job though. I'm really digging the art.

sort of, but not as a weapon of offense. Essentially his plan was to develop it and give it to EVERYONE, then no one would attack eachother. He was very anti war.

Spread the truth, brother!
And hail Tesla, if not for his popular achievments then for his deathray and massive, man-made lightning bolt.
Had the guy lived any longer I figure he woulda built an earthquake machine.
The origin of the "mad-scientist" archtype?
Edison was a theivin wanker.
