Yes if they are 2 separated badges, that will be easier. 

If you want one badge with 2 colors, I could also do that just it may be more expensive.

I could stick silver acrylic on black , or stick black on silver.

Another way is to stick two acrylic on another black one, so the surface will be flat.

I'm not sure you are asking a couple design badges or one badge with 2 colors. @@

A couple badges is 2 single badges, fit together.

Every badge could have different colors (different colors acrylic stick together), just it will be double costs.
